We live in a world focused on the short term results. 

Everywhere we look we see messaging promoting quick fixes. 

It seems for the younger generations it can be hard enough to get them to focus on a 5 minute video, let alone long enough to make a real difference. 

And where has it got us?

Well, when it comes to health, nowhere good! Our rates of chronic disease and dis-ease (less than full health) are skyrocketing and showing no signs of slowing down (despite all the expensive quick fixes we throw at them). Our medical system is collapsing before our eyes under the strain. And most of this is lifestyle related!

Chiropractic has ALWAYS been about the long term. Creating health from the inside out takes time, and if you invest that time you will find that your body is more capable of healing, more capable of performing than you have been led to believe. And just like diet or exercise it works best when you do it CONSISTENTLY. 

So whilst I have been doing a 12 week challenge over the last 3 months, just like you might do an initial intensive phase of chiropractic care, I have been doing it with the long term in mid. With a plan about how to take that sprint and convert it into a marathon so that I can fulfil my life purpose of inspiring health and wellness, creating a healthy environment for my family to thrive in and having fun along the way.
